How do I schedule my appointment with Quest?

Call Quest directly to schedule an appointment for your tests. Or, you can download the MyQuest app to your phone, where you can schedule directly. Walk-in services and timelines will vary by location.


What do I bring to my lab appointment?

We recommend bringing a copy of your lab order form to your appointment if the MyQuest App cannot pull up your electronic order. You will also need to bring your ID and insurance card (if you are using insurance).



Will my insurance cover this testing?

Coverage will vary depending on eligibility. Please get in touch with your insurance provider directly to confirm what will be covered. 



What if I’m paying cash for my testing?

We can offer special cash pricing for these tests if you are paying cash. Please request a cash estimate from one of our Care Managers, and we would be happy to send that over to you.



How long will it take to receive my results?

At a minimum, it will take seven (7) business days for testing to be completed. You can download the MyQuest Patient app to your phone to check on the status of your results.



What if I receive a bill from Quest?

It will typically take 30-45 days for insurance to be applied after the claim has been submitted. Please get in touch with Quest Diagnostics to confirm that your insurance has been submitted.
